Curiosity
" Through our communication, we create how we experience the world – both internally and externally. We always find supporting evidence for what we believe in the external world. And our words, questions, and reactions reinforce precisely this reality.
We have a choice: to continue feeding the old pattern – or to consciously choose a new one, to speak differently, ask differently, react differently and thus make a completely new experience possible.”

Nature, in all forms and colors, movement, both small and large, and expression, in all kinds and ways.
Plants, animals, nature spirits, and everything that lives outdoors. I love the smell of moss, the earth beneath my feet, the vastness of the sea, and the joy of being in the water. I have a special relationship with horses—I also have several equine clients.
I like sweat lodges and I love basketball – the squeaking of sneakers on the gym floor and that moment when the ball whizzes through the net. And I'm still grateful to this day for my loving grandfather, Theo Clausen , with whom I grew up: He brought basketball to Germany, was Holger Geschwindner 's coach, and is therefore part of the backstory surrounding Dirk Nowitzki.
What else I love: theater and music. I take singing lessons , I love to write – and connecting with people always makes me happy. I used to breathe fire to earn money. Now, it's the wonder at all the possibilities and the gratitude I feel for them that truly makes me shine.
What always makes me smile is continuing to learn: I've already completed Sign Language 1 and 2. At the moment, I'm learning Kalimba and each day I choose a new word that I don't yet know and discover all the possibilities it holds.
And I love perspectives and small details that I love to capture in photos…
Oh, and by the way: every corporate communication started as an internal dialogue. It's good to know whose... I also advise entrepreneurs on their personal and business communication. I give talks and workshops, demonstrating, for example, when we benefit from labeling and when it's better to avoid it.
How our language can help us grow and how it can limit us. I also enjoy talking about healing words, how we should stop effectively cursing ourselves, and how we can speak more respectfully to ourselves and others.
