For over 30 years I have worked in the field of communication – in companies, universities and educational institutions. I support organizations, teams, managers and freelancers in aligning their communication so that it becomes clear, consistent and effective in everyday practice – both internally and externally.
Inner clarity becomes palpable.
Outwardly, this creates an expression that carries weight – in conversations, in leadership, in collaboration, in presentations and in appearances.
My work combines sound communication skills with a keen sense for what shapes communication. This results in solutions that work – clear, human, and practical for everyday use.

Experience
I have been working at the interface of practice and teaching for three decades.
In companies, I develop and support communication processes, formats and structures – from individual training sessions to the development of entire communication departments.
In my teaching career, I work as a lecturer in Hamburg, Berlin, and Florence. I have examined over 1,000 students and supported more than 1,500 in their development and exam preparation.
My work spans multiple sectors – from media, marketing and industry to IT, start-ups and universities, as well as culture, sustainability and international projects.
I work in German and English.
